Most of the graphs on the reports page depend on the classification info. If there is no active classification process on your search, the graphs on the sentiment change and the brand perception will not be created.

The graphs on the reports are created according to the date range. There might be no enough data for a graph in such a range. In cases like this, you might first control whether or not you have enough data in the last 24-hour period and then if such data is classified.

If you have enough data which are completely classified and you do not have your graphs, you might get in touch with your Monitera brand representative.
