One of the other sections of Listen is the Alert Rules page. These rules help you to be aware of critical and crisis related contents for your brands instantly and take  necessary actions.

You can see these important contents through alerts, emails, slack notifications, and webhook API. You can create special lists for these notifications and connect each rule to a different special list.

You need to create your rules through the Alert Rules page, which is on the left side of the Listen if you specifically want to see these contents.

You can create 4 different rules. These are:

• Keyword Rules,
• User Rules,
• Retweet Rules,
• Reach Rules
